Five Nights with Maids, without the guesswork

Survive five nights watching the maids of a mysterious mansion. The feed tells you where they were. The door light tells you who is there now. The shutter buys you seconds — and one power bar pays for all of it.

The loop

One office, three tools, one meter

The job is deliberately simple to explain: stay in the security room from midnight to 6 AM and keep the maids out. The difficulty comes from the exchange rate. Opening the camera map costs power. A door light costs power. A closed shutter costs power every second it stays down.

That makes every action a decision. Checking a room you already understand is not free. Leaving a shutter closed after the threat has moved on is not free either. The best runs are not the ones with the most information; they are the ones with the fewest wasted actions.

Mechanics

The survival loop, in six parts

Confirmed from the Steam description, the store screenshots and the in-game UI. The character-specific cues live on the characters page.

01

Cameras locate

The map carries twelve camera positions. Use them to locate a maid and note the last room she occupied, then return to the office.

02

Lights verify

A camera tells you where someone was. A door light tells you who is at the office now. Flash it, read it, switch it off.

03

Shutters block

Shutters are the only direct defence. Close the side under threat, wait for the cue to pass, then reopen to stop bleeding power.

04

Power decides

Every camera, light and shutter draws from one bar. The meter is the real timer; the clock only tells you how long you must make it last.

05

Night 6 waits

Five nights unlock the salary. A bonus sixth night is the harder test, and the store page promises a special reward for finishing it.

06

Monochrome horror

The mansion is drawn in black and white sketchwork, with selective red and warm light. The look is the game’s clearest signature.

FAQ

Straight answers

The questions the store listing, patch page and review coverage can answer without guessing.

What is Five Nights with Maids?

Five Nights with Maids is a first-person survival horror game about a night guard watching a mansion and its maids. You use security cameras, door lights and shutters to survive five nights, plus a bonus Night 6, while every action drains a shared power supply.

Who developed Five Nights with Maids?

The Steam listing names Now as the developer and Saikey Studios as the publisher. The game released on Windows PC via Steam on October 16, 2026.

What platforms is Five Nights with Maids on?

Windows PC via Steam is the only platform listed. No console, mobile or APK version is published by the developer or publisher. The official minimum requirements list Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or 11.

How much does Five Nights with Maids cost?

The Steam price is $6.99. A 20% introductory offer brings it to $5.59 until October 30, 2026. Prices can change by region, so check the Steam page for the live figure.

Is there a Five Nights with Maids patch?

Yes. Saikey Studios distributes a v1.0.0 uncensored patch of about 263 MB from the game’s official product page. Our patch-notes page records the launch build, the patch installation steps and every later update we can verify.

How do you survive in Five Nights with Maids?

Watch the feeds, verify at the door, then close only the side under threat. Keep a compact camera loop, return to the office often, and reopen a shutter as soon as its cue passes. Saving power matters more than reacting fast.

How long is Five Nights with Maids?

The campaign is five nights plus the bonus Night 6. Neither the store page nor the publisher publishes an official completion time; public reviews commonly describe short runs of a few hours, with Night 6 adding a harder challenge.

Does Five Nights with Maids have multiplayer?

No. Steam lists single-player only. There is no co-op or multiplayer mode, and no separate online component is mentioned by the developer or publisher.
